make new layer apply gaussian blur in filters ⇒ blur at 7 pixels change filter mode to lighten or screen (and opacity to 20-40%) select top layer, and do this command: ctrl + alt + shift + e, then hide the bottom 2 layers select top layer go filters ⇒ convert for smart filters (don’t show again on the popup) go filters ⇒ camera raw filter adjust as you like click okay, save psd, and save copy as png for image DONE
